   Placing Orders for Shoots and Costs

What is the cost and what do I get ?

  How long will it take to do the shoot and how long before I get the photos?

  • A typical shoot can take anywhere from 20 minutes to 1 hour at the most.
                                                              

  What is the timeline when I order a photo shoot ?

  1. You place the order online.
  2. We call you arrange a time to meet at the home.
  3. We take appropriate photos.
  4. We re-touch, re-size, re-energize the photos.
  5. We send you a link to your Private Gallery to view them.
  6. You submit payment.

                                       

How do I arrange a shoot, and how long before the shoot takes place ?

  • You can book a photo shoot by clicking on Book A Shoot on our main menu.
    • Please note that our photographers WILL NOT go to a home alone at any time and must be accompanied by the agent or homeowner.
    • Our Photographers WILL not move, touch any furniture during the shoot, they will give suggestions on how to improve the shot, but are forbidden to move anything.
  • Typically the shoot takes place within 24 hours and you get the photos in your e-mail within 24 hours of that. Of course this may depend on weather conditions also.
                                                  

What can I do to prepare for the photo shoot?

  • Explain to the homeowner that to get the best possible result from our photos the rooms should be clean, uncluttered.
  • Stage the home if possible.

                                                

Getting your photos

Will I be able to view the images before I buy them?

    Certainly, you will be sent an e-mail explaining that the photos are ready for viewing, payment and download. This email will include:

  • A link to our site where they can be viewed

                                                

    How do I purchase them?

  • As you are viewing them, look in the top right hand corner of the screen. Click on the icon that says "Options and Pricing". You will be given the option to purchase the individual photos or the entire package. You will be sent to PayPal for payment and then returned to the site. You do not need to join or open a PayPal account to purchase them.

                                                    

   How long before I get the photos?

  • You will have the photos in your possession within 24 hours of when the photo shoot was taken. We of course, will not not be responsible if you can not accept the file downloads.  MLS Package (1 Exterior Photo) will be delivered the same day if ordered before 11:00 AM.

                                                         

Photo Delivery

             3 Methods of delivery possible

  1. E-MAIL  -First Method: E-mailed directly to your email address. Please contact us know immediately  if you can not download them.
  2. CD ROM -burned and hand delivered (extra charge $14.95) 

 

                                                            

    Photo Formats

       Photos will be e-mailed in 2 formats

  • Print Quality Resolution Image- Photos delivered (JPG format -300 dpi), these are brochure, postcard quality photos.
    • Front and back of home approx. 1.5mb to 2 mb
    • Other interior shots approx. 700kb to 1.5 mb (8"x5")
  • Web Resolution Image (JPG format 75 dpi) these are good for MLS input. Approx. 50kb -300 kb

                                                              

 What sizes will the photos be?

  • All photos will vary in size depending on the shot taken.

How can you do it so cheaply ?

We don't have huge overhead, we don't have Corporate big wigs to support.

                                    

What if I don't like the photos ?

  • We will re-touch them and re-do them until you like them.
  • We will not go out and re-shoot, the photographer will show you the photo in digital format at the home if you wish, but they will not be re-touched when you view them at the home.
  • If you ultimately are not happy with the photos, do not pay for them and discard them. DO NOT use them in any print or web medium, this would be a copy of the Copyright Infringement law and Intellectual Property Laws.  Until paid for, they are the property of Pat Mihaly.
